{॥ ରେଣୁକାକଵଚଂ ଡାମରେଶ୍ଵରତନ୍ତ୍ରେ ଷଷ୍ଠିତମୋଽଧ୍ଯାଯଃ ॥}
॥ ଶ୍ରୀ ଗଣେଶାଯ ନମଃ ॥
ଶୃଣୁ ଦେଵି ପ୍ରଵକ୍ଷ୍ଯାମି ରେଣୁକାକଵଚଂ ପରମ୍ ।
ଯେନ ଵିଜ୍ଞାନମାତ୍ରେଣ ସାନ୍ନିଧ୍ଯଂ ରେଣୁକା ଭଵେତ୍ ॥

ରେଣୁକାକଵଚସ୍ଯାସ୍ଯ ଭାର୍ଗଵସ୍ତୁ ଋଷିଃ ସ୍ମୃତଃ ।
ଛନ୍ଦୋଽନୁଷ୍ଟୁପ୍ ତଥା ଦେଵୀ ରେଣୁକା ଦେଵତା ମମ ॥

ଇଷ୍ଟ-କାମ୍ଯାର୍ଥ-ସିଦ୍ଧ୍ଯର୍ଥେ ଵିନିଯୋଗୋ ଵରାନନେ ।
ରେଣୁକା ମେ ଶିରଃ ପାତୁ ପରା ଶକ୍ତିସ୍ଵରୂପିଣୀ ॥

ଭାଲଂ ରକ୍ଷତୁ ଭୁଵନେଶୀ ଲୋଚନଂ ମେ ତ୍ରିଲୋଚନୀ ।
ମୁଖଂ ମେ ରେଣୁକା ପାତୁ ନାସିକାଂ କାଲନାଶିନୀ ॥

ଭ୍ରୁଵୌ ସୁଭ୍ରୂଲତା ପାତୁ ଦନ୍ତାନ୍ମେ କୁନ୍ଦଦନ୍ତିକା ।
ଓଷ୍ଠଂ ବିମ୍ବୋଷ୍ଠିକା ପାତୁ ଜିଂହ୍ଵାଂ ପାତୁ ସୁରେଶ୍ଵରୀ ॥

ଗ୍ରୀଵାଂ ରକ୍ଷତୁ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରାଣୀ କୁକ୍ଷୌ ରକ୍ଷେତ୍କୁଲେଶ୍ଵରୀ ।
ଗଣ୍ଡଂ ମେ ପାତୁ ଚାମୁଣ୍ଡା ମହାଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀସ୍ତୁ କନ୍ଧରମ୍ ॥

ଅସୌ ହଂସପ୍ରିଯା ପାତୁ ବାହୂ ସାଯୁଧଵାହୁକା ।
ଵାଣୀଂ ଵକ୍ଷସ୍ଥଲଂ ପାତୁ ହୃଦଯଂ ହୃଦଯେଶ୍ଵରୀ ॥

ଜଘନେ ଘନଵାହା ମେ ଗୁହ୍ଯଂ ଗୁହ୍ଯେଶ୍ଵରୀ ମମ ।
ଊରୂ ଵରୋରୁକା ପାତୁ ଶ୍ରୀଦେଵୀ ସିଦ୍ଧିଦେଵତା ॥

ସର୍ଵାଙ୍ଗଂ ସର୍ଵଦା ପାତୁ ସର୍ଵାଣୀ ରୂପିଣୀ ଵରା ।
ଇତି ଶ୍ରୀରେଣୁକା ଵର୍ମ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମ ତ୍ରାସନଂ ସଦା ॥

ସ୍ତୁତିମାତ୍ରେଣ ଭକ୍ତାନାଂ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣଵିଚକ୍ଷଣମ୍ ।
ଜପ୍ତ୍ଵା ତୁ କଵଚଂ ଦେଵ୍ଯାଃ ଯତ୍ର ତତ୍ର ତୁ ଗଚ୍ଛତି ॥

ତତ୍ର ତତ୍ର ଜଯୋ ଲାଭଃ କାର୍ଯସିଦ୍ଧିଶ୍ଚ ଜାଯତେ ।
॥ ଇତି ଶ୍ରୀ ଡାମରେଶ୍ଵରତନ୍ତ୍ରେ ରେଣୁକାକଵଚଂ ନାମ ଷଷ୍ଠିତମୋଽଧ୍ଯାଯଃ ॥
