ରଣ-ନିର୍ଜିତ-ଦୁର୍ଜ୍ଜଯଦୈତ୍ଯପୁରଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୧॥
ଗିରିରାଜ ସୁତାନ୍ଵିତ-ଵାମ ତନୁଂ ତନୁ-ନିନ୍ଦିତ-ରାଜିତ-କୋଟୀଵିଧୁମ୍ ।
ଵିଧି-ଵିଷ୍ଣୁ-ଶିଵସ୍ତୁତ-ପାଦଯୁଗଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୨॥
ଶଶିଲାଞ୍ଛିତ-ରଞ୍ଜିତ-ସନ୍ମୁକୁଟଂ କଟିଲମ୍ବିତ-ସୁନ୍ଦର-କୃତ୍ତିପଟମ୍ ।
ସୁରଶୈଵଲିନୀ-କୃତ-ପୂତଜଟଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୩॥
ନଯନତ୍ରଯ-ଭୂଷିତ-ଚାରୁମୁଖଂ ମୁଖପଦ୍ମ-ପରାଜିତ-କୋଟିଵିଧୁମ୍ ।
ଵିଧୁ-ଖଣ୍ଡ-ଵିମଣ୍ଡିତ-ଭାଲତଟଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୪॥
ଵୃଷରାଜ-ନିକେତନମାଦିଗୁରୁଂ ଗରଲାଶନମାଜି ଵିଷାଣଧରମ୍ ।
ପ୍ରମଥାଧିପ-ସେଵକ-ରଞ୍ଜନକଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୫॥
ମକରଧ୍ଵଜ-ମତ୍ତମତଙ୍ଗହରଂ କରିଚର୍ମ୍ମଗନାଗ-ଵିବୋଧକରମ୍ ।
ଵରଦାଭଯ-ଶୂଲଵିଷାଣ-ଧରଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୬॥
ଜଗଦୁଦ୍ଭଵ-ପାଲନ-ନାଶକରଂ କୃପଯୈଵ ପୁନସ୍ତ୍ରଯ ରୂପଧରମ୍ ।
ପ୍ରିଯ ମାନଵ-ସାଧୁଜନୈକଗତିଂ ପ୍ରଣମାମିଶିଵଂ ଶିଵକଲ୍ପତରୁମ୍ ॥ ୭॥
ନ ଦତ୍ତନ୍ତୁ ପୁଷ୍ପଂ ସଦା ପାପ ଚିତ୍ତୈଃ ପୁନର୍ଜନ୍ମ ଦୁଃଖାତ୍ ପରିତ୍ରାହି ଶମ୍ଭୋ ।
