॥ ଶ୍ରୀମଦ୍ ଅପ୍ପଯ୍ଯଦୀକ୍ଷିତେନ୍ଦ୍ରୈଃ ଵିରଚିତା ॥
ପଯୋ-ନଦୀତୀର ନିଵାସଲିଙ୍ଗଂ ବାଲାର୍କ-କୋଟି ପ୍ରତିମଂ ତ୍ରିନେତ୍ରମ୍ ।
ପଦ୍ମାସନେନାର୍ଚିତ ଦିଵ୍ଯଲିଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୧॥

ଗଙ୍ଗାତରଙ୍ଗୋଲ୍ଲସଦୁତ୍ତମାଙ୍ଗଂ ଗଜେନ୍ଦ୍ର-ଚର୍ମାଂବର ଭୂଷିତାଙ୍ଗମ୍ ।
ଗୌରୀ-ମୁଖାଂଭୋଜ-ଵିଲୋଲ-ଭୃଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୨॥

ସୁକଙ୍କଣୀଭୂତ ମହାଭୁଜଙ୍ଗଂ ସଂଜ୍ଞାନ-ସଂପୂର୍ଣ-ନିଜାନ୍ତରଙ୍ଗମ୍ ।
ସୂର୍ଯେନ୍ଦୁ-ବିଂବାନଲ-ଭୂଷିତାଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୩॥

ଭକ୍ତପ୍ରିଯଂ ଭାଵଵିଲୋଲଭୃଙ୍ଗଂ ଭକ୍ତାନୁକୂଲାମଲ ଭୂଷିତାଙ୍ଗମ୍ ।
ଭାଵୈକ-ଲୋକ୍ଯାନ୍ତରମାଦିଲିଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୪॥

ସାମପ୍ରିଯଂ ସୌମ୍ଯ ମହେଶଲିଙ୍ଗଂ ସାମପ୍ରଦଂ ସୌମ୍ଯ-କଟାକ୍ଷଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ।
ଵାମାଙ୍ଗ-ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ-ଵିଲୋଲିତାଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୫॥

ପଞ୍ଚାକ୍ଷରୀ-ଭୂତ-ସହସ୍ରଲିଙ୍ଗଂ ପଞ୍ଚାମୃତସ୍ନାନ-ପରାଯଣାଙ୍ଗମ୍ ।
ପଞ୍ଚାମୃତାଂଭୋଜ-ଵିଲୋଲ-ଭୃଙ୍ଗଂ ଵନ୍ଦାମହେ ମାର୍ଗସହାଯଲିଙ୍ଗମ୍ ॥ ୬॥

ଵନ୍ଦେ ସୁରାରାଧିତ-ପାଦପଦ୍ମଂ ଶ୍ରୀଶ୍ଯାମଵଲ୍ଲୀ-ରମଣଂ ମହେଶମ୍ ।
