ശ്രീസാമ്ബം ശമ്ഭും ശിവം ത്രൈലോക്യപൂജ്യം വന്ദേഽഹം ത്രൈനേത്രം ശ്രീകംഠമീശമ് ॥ ൧॥
ഭസ്മാമ്ബരധരമീശം സുരപാരിജാതം ബില്വാര്ചിതപദയുഗലം സോമം സോമേശമ് ।
ജഗദാലയപരിശോഭിതദേവം പരമാത്മം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൨॥
കൈലാസപ്രിയവാസം കരുണാകരമീശം കാത്യായനീവിലസിതപ്രിയവാമഭാഗമ് ।
പ്രണവാര്ചിതമാത്മാര്ചിതം സംസേവിതരൂപം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൩॥
മന്മഥനിജമദദഹനം ദാക്ഷായനീശം നിര്ഗുണഗുണസംഭരിതം കൈവല്യപുരുഷമ് ।
ഭക്താനുഗ്രഹവിഗ്രഹമാനന്ദജൈകം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൪॥
സുരഗംഗാസമ്പ്ലാവിതപാവനനിജശിഖരം സമഭൂഷിതശശിബിമ്ബം ജടാധരം ദേവമ് ।
നിരതോജ്ജ്വലദാവാനലനയനഫാലഭാഗം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൫॥
ശശിസൂര്യനേത്രദ്വയമാരാധ്യപുരുഷം സുരകിന്നരപന്നഗമയമീശം സംകാശമ് ।
ശരവണഭവസമ്പൂജിതനിജപാദപദ്മം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൬॥
ശ്രീശൈലപുരവാസം ഈശം മല്ലീശം ശ്രീകാലഹസ്തീശം സ്വര്ണമുഖീവാസമ് ।
കാഞ്ചീപുരമീശം ശ്രീകാമാക്ഷീതേജം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൭॥
ത്രിപുരാന്തകമീശം അരുണാചലേശം ദക്ഷിണാമൂര്തിം ഗുരും ലോകപൂജ്യമ് ।
ചിദമ്ബരപുരവാസം പഞ്ചലിംഗമൂര്തിം വന്ദേഽഹം ശിവശങ്കരമീശം ദേവേശമ് ॥ ൮॥
ജ്യോതിര്മയശുഭലിംഗം സങ്ഖ്യാത്രയനാട്യം ത്രയീവേദ്യമാദ്യം പഞ്ചാനനമീശമ് ।
വേദാദ്ഭുതഗാത്രം വേദാര്ണവജനിതം വേദാഗ്രം വിശ്വാഗ്രം ശ്രീവിശ്വനാഥമ് ॥ ൯॥
